I don’t know if you are interested in past pupils but I am attaching a couple of photos of my father Roy Frank Taylor, taken when he was at the school. He was there until 1941 when he lied about his age and went to sea as a deck boy on the RMS Llanstephan Castle.
I was interested to read other’s memories as sadly my father’s memories of the school were not good ones. I believe it was very hard there. The other thing he used to say was that he played a drum when they marched every Sunday to Bournemouth and back 2/3 times a day for church service.
